Garden Bliss Challenge

Hello friends,

For the month of April at Gecko Galz the customer challenge is Garden Bliss. If you make a project using any Gecko Galz product and enter the challenge, you can win a wonderful prize of $25.00 for a Gecko Galz shopping spree.

I have created a greeting card for you for inspiration.

To make this card, I started with a Gelli printed background, added hand made papers and layer the bird image . The embellishments are the border label, the sentiment, the pink plastic kept and the pink rhinestones.

A Morning Walk

Bonjour! Today at Gecko Galz, I am proud to be the featured designer. This month at Gecko Galz its all about Paris and if you know me, you know that's a Favorite theme of mine! The Gecko Galz images I used were from OH La La Ladies and Vintage Flirtations collage sheets. Ive mixed it up a bit with a tag and two greeting cards.

To make my creations, I do have a formula. Start with the background paper, whether it is a card or a tag. I then stack at least 4 layers on top. That could includes: papers, ,trims, images  or embellishments. I like to include some thing shiny which can be Stickles, glitter, rhinestones or even shiny or lacquer paper. The last thing added is the sentiment.

Below is my is my greeting card for your inspiration. I started with a white card and added a stamped and painted background. Its all about layers so a toile print was added. The pretty Gecko Galz image was layered with a white border, an Eiffel tower, Reda nd white paper flowers. The sentiments read"Ev'ry Kiss is a Song" and Paris. Hope you get a kiss this week.
